Dear Partner,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I believe that all is well with you and all that you set your hand to prospers.
I apologise for the delay in this month’s letter, this month is one of the busiest months in the Carpenter’s Ministry where I also serve as the Presiding Pastor. We celebrated our thirtieth anniversary!!! God be praised.
I have even more milestones for us to celebrate as a Circle of Partners.
This month, July, we celebrated one year of daily TV! What an awesome God we serve! Abundant Provider is He. It was a step of faith to go on daily TV and God has been faithful to provide for these monthly thousands of US dollar payments. Our major partner has been the Carpenter’s Ministry and we are grateful.
A time is coming when our Circle of Partners will pay for daily TV. Partner, I know it and believe it. Do you?
Well it has started. For the first time ever, the Circle of Partners paid one hundred percent of the Naira payments for all our stations on TV and Radio in Nigeria. That is four TV stations and one radio station. Hallelujah! This was possible because our partnership contributions literally doubled from last year!! You guys are the BEST. It can only get better.
As a gift to all our partners this month, I have a gift voucher, coupon code: Fd720partners for my eBook “As He Is, So Are We” for use on the freshdew estore. It is for a one-time use. I am so so grateful to God to have you in the Circle. May you continually know His increase in Jesus Name.
With the current global pandemic rising and falling in waves there seems to be a plethora of information most of which is misleading. The end result is that in the midst of all that information, there is so much uncertainty. When one is uncertain, you are not completely confident or sure of something.
Partner, this is the time to get accurate information about yourself and your inheritance from a source you can be sure of.
32 And now, as to the present things, I commend you to the Lord and to the word of His grace which has power to build you up, and to give you the inheritance among all those who have been set apart for God.
Acts 20:32 KWET
This is time to get information about your inheritance which is secure and unshaken in these times. We can learn how to do this and how important it is by looking at what Joshua did. He knew the Lord had given the children of Israel the land. He and Caleb had believed this even when the other spies Moses sent did not. But is knowing what God says He has given you enough? What do you do about it?
1 Now Joshua the son of Nun sent out two men from Acacia Grove to spy secretly, saying, “Go, view the land, especially Jericho.” So they went, and came to the house of a harlot named Rahab, and lodged there.
2 And it was told the king of Jericho, saying, “Behold, men have come here tonight from the children of Israel to search out the country.”
3 So the king of Jericho sent to Rahab, saying, “Bring out the men who have come to you, who have entered your house, for they have come to search out all the country.”
Joshua 2:1-3 NKJV
This is the first thing that Joshua did. He got information.
Information:
• knowledge communicated or received concerning a particular fact or circumstance; news:
• knowledge gained through study, communication, research, instruction, etc.;
He asked them to view the land. Why?
View (ra’ah – Greek): to see, advise self, appear, approve, behold, certainly, consider, discern, (make to) enjoy, have experience, gaze, take heed, be near, perceive, present, provide, regard, (have) respect, spy, stare, surely, think, view, visions.
He needed victory over the enemies in the land that was their inheritance. So he focused his search on the land. We should do the same.
He said, “..especially Jericho…“.
You need to find out about the land that is yours but there are times when it is “especially” healing, “especially” wealth, “especially” soul winning…
When they got to Jericho which was their focus, the Bible uses a different word on how the king was told of their mission. It says they came to search out the land.
Search (chap’har – Greek): to pry into; to delve, to explore:–dig, paw, search out, seek.
Search suggests that there is an effort in getting information and when you get it, you must continually update your information.
Like we said, Joshua was one of the twelve spies Moses had sent out. One of the two (he and Caleb) who gave a good report. It is a funny but probable thought that after the majority of ten spies established their negative report over he and Caleb’s, he decided to just go with two spies this time!
Joshua could have relied on what he saw forty years earlier and he and Caleb gave a good report about it. However, he knew he had to update his information.
In these times of a pandemic and it’s attendant twists and turns, you must be continuous in your search for information about your inheritance which will keep you stable.
17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Romans 10:17 NKJV
There is no new revelation under the sun, yet walking with God is not a static event – it is dynamic. There will be new revelations to you, fresh insight and new understanding of how to apply what you have known.
16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power
20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,
21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
Ephesians 1:16-21 NKJV
Guess what happened as he sent out fresh spies to refresh what he already knew. He discovered that the enemy was afraid, actually terrified of Israel.
8 Now before they lay down, she came up to them on the roof,
9 and said to the men: “I know that the LORD has given you the land, that the terror of you has fallen on us, and that all the inhabitants of the land are fainthearted because of you.
10 For we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red Sea for you when you came out of Egypt, and what you did to the two kings of the Amorites who were on the other side of the Jordan, Sihon and Og, whom you utterly destroyed.
11 And as soon as we heard these things, our hearts melted; neither did there remain any more courage in anyone because of you, for the LORD your God, He is God in heaven above and on earth beneath.
12 Now therefore, I beg you, swear to me by the LORD, since I have shown you kindness, that you also will show kindness to my father’s house, and give me a true token,
13 and spare my father, my mother, my brothers, my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death.”
Joshua 2:8-13 NKJV
There was terror, fright, dread and horror in the land at the thought of Israel, God’s own people and the enemy was fainthearted and melted in fear.
Partner, I have good news for you! That has not changed. That enemy you are afraid of is actually afraid of you.
22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,
23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
Ephesians 1:18-23 NKJV
14 having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.
15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.
Colossians 2:14-15 NKJV
The land is subdued before you. Your inheritance has been brought back for you. Sickness is really afraid of you. Coronavirus fears you. Poverty is terrified of you because of the principles you practice.
They may make some noise until they realise that you know your inheritance and you intend to continue to grow in your knowledge and thus experience of it. No plague, pandemic or poverty can stop you!
Thank you, Partner for your continued and increased financial commitment. We know our God is not unrighteous to forget your labour of love and He is indeed a Rewarder.
